text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 13pt; font-family: 微軟正黑體, sans-serif;">大家房屋企研室主任郎美囡表示,今年以來新北市除了不少賣得很久的屋主願意降價求售,不少屋主受區域建案破盤銷售影響,也願意釋出更大議價空間,銷售速度因此明顯加快。反觀北市和台南,買方對降價無感,也讓買氣呈現遲滯。</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 23pt;
